LIQUID ADDITION MIXING SYSTEM.


Installed tallow coating system Liquid addition system designed for the application of liquids to pelleted product. These systems utilise the PALMER twin paddle mixer with a weigh hopper prior to mixing and a dump hopper after the mixer.
Liquids are weighed in a separate pot, and are sprayed into the mixer once product is delivered from the weigh hopper.
Mixer size is determined by the rate at which pellet coating is required. For a system to be inline an additional surge hopper prior to the weigher is also required.

  • Heavy-duty construction, designed for continuous operation.
  • Pneumatic, full width door discharges.
  • Air venting ducts between mixer and weigher.
  • Discharge screw conveyor from mixer dump hopper.
  • Liquid weigh pot.
  • Separate liquid dump pot complete with discharge pump.
  • Independent support structure complete with access ways.
