PADDLE MIXER

2 tonne mixer A complete line of heavy duty paddle mixers are available from PALMER MILLING ENGINEERS. Complete and consistent mixing of products is ensured by the unique paddle design. A range of mixers from 500kg to 6 tonne are available. Each mixer is constructed and tested in our workshop to our exacting standards.
These mixers are also available as a ribbon mixer. Similar in construction to the paddle mixer with the shaft mounted paddles replaced with a ribbon, consisting of an inner and outer flight.
    Standard features include:-
  1. Heavy duty construction.
  2. Heavy duty bearings on main shaft.
  3. Machine shaft seals.
  4. Pneumatic, multiple door discharge.
  5. Shaft mounted speed reducer.
  6. V belt drive with guard.
  7. Air venting duct inlets at mixer skirt
