PALMER PP300 - pellet press

 The PALMER PP300 pellet press is designed for small feed millers who require capacities of up to 3 T.P.H..
Designed and manufactured by Palmer Milling Engineers the press is simple to operate and can be manufactured with several different drive arrangements to suit the installation.
Feedscrew and product conditioners are manufactured to suit the press and the customers requirements.
  • The following items are supplied standard:-
  • V Belt drive - low noise, maintenance & running costs.
  • Mainshaft manufactured from hi tensile steel, giving strength & long life.
  • Die housing / Drive supported on heavy duty tapered roller bearings
  • Shear key overload protection.
  • Simple lever action roll adjustment.
  • Direct knife adjustment.
  • Bolt on feed cone.
  • Adjustable rear scraper & front plough.

  • Product feedscrew.
