VIBRATING SIEVES

The Palmer flat bed sieve can be used for sieving numerous products. The unique mounting of vibrating motors and adjustable bed angle allows for variations in sieving action to achieve required results. Several sizes of sieve are available, screen areas of 1.1m square, 1.8m square, 2.8m square & 3.8m square. Sieves are available to hold up to 4 sieving screens, screen perforations are sized to suit the customers application. The body and support stand are manufactured from mild steel, with stainless steel screens.

The following items are supplied standard:-
Vibrating motors mounted each side of the sieve body, except the 1.1 & 1.8 models which have the option of one motor mounted centrally on top of the machine. The motors are adjustable to provide variation in vibrating force and direction.
The body of the sieve is mounted on rubber anti-vibration mounts secured to a rigid frame.
The rear of the machine is mounted on adjustable brackets to provide adjustment to screen angle, if required.
All screens are stainless steel woven wire, the aperture of which is selected to suit the customers product.
Screens are all of equal length and run the full length of the body,providing maximum sieving area.
Tensioning of the screens is done outside of the sieve body. A removable rear door allows for access to side clamps and easy removal of screens.
Sieve body is fully enclosed. The lid is split allowing the lid to be removed without interfering with any inlet spouting od exhaust ducting. Inspection holes can be provided in the lid.
Sieve construction is of mild steel with all panels bolted together.
Inlet manufactured to suit customers product supply system.
